Can I qualify for a DSCR loan without tax returns?

Yes, and that is one of the main reasons investors choose this product. DSCR loans are business-purpose loans on investment property, so qualification typically rests on the property's rental cash flow rather than your personal earnings. Most programs do not ask for tax returns, pay stubs, or employment paperwork. You should still expect to document the rest of the file, including entity records if you close in a company name, a lease or market rent analysis, insurance, and account statements showing reserves. Standards differ from lender to lender and program to program, so a short conversation about your scenario is worthwhile. Our DSCR loan program page explains how property-based qualification works.
